I just bought. . . return policy edition
Yes that is us. We moved to a smaller town in early 2023, and we vowed to avoid big grocery stores as much as we can. This year we bought all of our produce from small farm markets and farms. We buy all of our meats from a local meat packer that only sells local meats. We do very little shopping in traditional grocery stores now, other than things like laundry soap and toilet paper. We discovered a lavender farm in our area and we buy their lavender soap all the time now. We love it.
and got back in touch with him and said I can’t store that much at my house but if I could stop by weekly/biweekly and get some product, I can certainly agree to that. He said sure , just let the farm hands etc know that this is our deal. I said perfect. So for the next almost 4 years, I got steak, chicken, pork, duck, eggs, veggies etc from him. It worked out great for both of us - he didn’t have to write a check out for the wedding and I got fresh items every week or so.
Barter is good

I came across a venetian statue which I thought was super cute so I bought it. His name is Harlequin, a Venice carnival character. Pretty cheap for a hand made statue from Italy. Should be here soon.
