It's Sunday, one cappuccino downed so far. I'm going for an extra shot of espresso soon, and likely one more later in the afternoon, that will get my fix for today. I only have time to do this on weekends as the machine takes a long time to heat up (being 58 lbs of stainless & brass)

A cup of Christmas Blend from Verve Coffee Roasters (Santa Cruz)

 

We do enjoy them. My wife never drank coffee in her life until I took up the hobby and got my semi automatic espresso machine and grinder setup, now she insists I make them every weekend.

 

I’ve already had to fire a warning shot elsewhere. Keep the political sleights in the Politics cesspool. If you need a cesspool in here, have a case of Budweiser.

Blueberry Kombucha

 

My wife made Kombucha all summer. Turned out great, but she had a devil of a time containing secondary fermentation: we had 2-3 organic chemistry explosions in the house. Thank goodness the paint was up to the task of the cleaning.
