Do you have well or city water?

 

Our home is on City water , but our drinking water is from a cooler tank which is reverse osmosis water with added alkaline. We also use zero water filter and container for our tea kettle. We only use tap water for cooking.

 

I just drank water, but with an electrolyte tab in it.

 

Vanilla flavored almond milk.
