"The Loyola community was deeply saddened to learn of the sudden death of Anthony 'Larry' Marinke '62 who attended his 45th reunion last June. According to a classmate, Larry had a massive stroke a few days ago and never regained consciousness. Larry leaves behind his wife, Diana, who accompanied him to his reunion, and his daughter, Ashley (22).
After Loyola, Larry attended Long Beach State and graduated in 1966. For many years he worked in the construction business as a General Contractor for Marinke Construction Co. Larry later became a realtor for Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. He has resided in Lake Arrowhead for many years. Funeral arrangements are pending, but there are tentative plans for a service on June 14th in Lake Arrowhead. When arrangements are finalized, we will send you details."
