I just made the BEST tastin' pasta sauce
I just got home and I haven't EATEN since noon so I figured hey I'll eat. I boiled some Rigatoni then I figured I'd whip up a sauce. I threw in some butter, garlic, oregano,basil, olive oil, lots of parmesan/romano, and some red pepper mmmmmmm. Then I figured hey lets try this I threw an egg into the mix fully cooked it add some richness. A little ricotta and or feta would of made it perfect but hey you deal with what ya got.
