In the past I used lemon juice to curdle the milk but I find that I like using white vinegar instead.

I figured you can just curdle it by playing Roseanne Barr's version of The Star Spangled Banner.

Tanks Mike! I dunno if I'll venture that far butt cool 2 think I could try I have found the best around here anyway's is either at Whole PayCHeck or this other similar store in the Desert Jensen's they have a really good WHOLE MILK one problem is I could just eat the whole tub before using it in lasagna etc…
