Fried chitlins is fine by me.

FYI Raymo, Uncle Buddy is still alive and kickin' in Columbus, and my dad's cousins are still doing fine in Knoxville.

In other words, yes, I've had chitlins, what's more, I freak out the California friends when I fix cheese grits.

How 'bout polk salad?

Don't get in a big hurry to answer. I've got to finish the filet mignon, baked potato, baked Vidalia onion, and salad before I'll feel like talking to you again.

btw-how about the beer?

If it's still clear with no stamp but made of corn I don't think it's bourbon.
