Building one up there would be a huge hassle. I've talked to many people who've done it and they all say if they had it to do over again, they wouldn't. Our friends Joe and Pam are renovating and adding on to their cabin and they've almost gotten a divorce several times.
Remind me to start a remodel 7 years into my marriage. That way, if it goes kaput, I have enough slack time for the pre-nup to still be valid.

The Una8der.

BTW, what are you doing for lunch? I'm thinking about Shogun, a Japanese Teppan where they grill up the food in front of you.

I want lunch with my old spin instructor Terry. We'll probably be at the corporate crapeteria, except today is Friday Sushi. The Sushi guy, Yuki, hooks us up pretty well.
