Well hot dam maybe that BIG show on the Discovery Channel can make a giant silicone fuck doll washing machine for us that heats up to super temperatures to sterilize the bitch!

Question: Are there any known health risks? How clean are they and how difficult is it to keep them in a sanitary condition?

There are no known health risks associated with REALDOLL. Each REALDOLL receives a thorough acetone bath after fabrication. Keeping the doll in a sanitary condition is easy.
