I am participating in the American Heart Walk on Thursday Evening. I just decided this, since my company is encouraging us. And I figured it may be a good thing, what with myself having heart problems in the past and family and friends having heart-related issues. I am asking for your support and donations.

From what I can tell, u put in ure donation size then click on "continue" then fill out the form

 

Actually, I do. About a year ago, I had severe heart palputations, so I went to the ER. they found my irregular heartbeating unusual, so they put me on a monitor for a month, to record the irregularity. Apparently, I have a heart murmur that was never detected. I go for semi-annual visits to check up on it.....but its been fine since
