Today I'll be shopping for a new hairbrush...because I dropped mine in the toilet this morning. 
Coincidentally I'd cleaned the toilet less than 12 hours before, but there's nothing that could be done to that brush that would make me say it's okay to actually use again.

Later today I'm going shopping for a freaking windshield wiper. There was some frost on the car when I went in to work early. The wipers were on intermittent and the scraper and wiper connected...cracking the wiper in two places.
