I thought if even one of you fell for it it would be fun.
My wife tried to make me worry about a crack in the sink that didn't exist and my chief engineer was packing up her office to quit.
I told my wife that I would have fixed the sink on my vacation next week but my boss wouldn't approve the time. That upset her because we have plans, but of course he did approve it.
I told my engineer that maybe she'd like to work for me at my new job because I'd taken a job elsewhere too. After a moment of concern she realized that I was BSing.
