Transport under manifest it to a landfarm disposal site to be bioremediated onsite in a cell and recycled as construction fill material. The property owner will be given a "hold harmless" statement relieving him of any further liability for the soil -- as opposed to a traditional disposal site where his soil could be comingled with more contaminated soil and he could be named as a potentially responsible party in a Superfund site case.
