Default I'm in a rut.
I've been in such a rut the last month or so, so much change and adapting to change has had me feelin really down in the dumps. (not that change is bad, it just takes time to adjust), I'm just in this "I don't give a " mode, which has hindered on my ability to really do anything as I feel the pressure and responsibility of life mounting.. any good suggestions to snap out of it??
