I have noticed that lots of places do free returns which is awesome. Shipping times might be a factor...You know, the whole, I-gotta-have-this-right-now thing. 
I'm back to shopping for snowshoes and hope to order them in a week or so. There's lots of snow in the alpine now!

I have a lil story that connects sorta
so yeah I DID order those $$ Boots and I guess that ol saying " you get what you pay for " might be true I got an email from the gal handling my order and she informed me that the pair they pulled did NOT pass inspection so they were gonna send another pair but it would be delayed a couple days 
man that to me is customer care

I've had the same pair of Snow Boots since I lived in

I KNOW they will be with me a lonnnnnnnng time

That IS amazing service. I like it when people care about doing their job well and making a quality product. 
I know lots of people are more likely to share a negative experience than a positive one, but I love sharing the good stuff - why not support a business if they're doing good work?
