Well sounds like you'd be in a good position to get a good price for your place

I would h0pe your nOt hiring him :creep:

My good friend few blocks away is in a situation where they need to move due to an elder moving in with them & its too difficult on her / them in one house. I think she has had many opens etc... & lowered price a bit but sadly they had just Re-Done the whole kitchen & its gorgeous she & I both have that she has to move. I think her agent may be fairly good butt I think IMO she needs to de clutter a bit more.... people need to be able to imagine THEIR stuff in the home not be overwhelmed with yours & or particular style.

Oh that sucks. You reminded me of a house that's for sale here. It's priced well below others in the neighbourhood and you cannot even imagine how cluttered it is. No surprise it's been on the market for a few months!

LNG = liquefied natural gas. A pipeline running across the northern part of the province has been approved. Short-sighted people think this economic boom will be amazing but there are a lot of problems that come from it...increased cost of living/less affordable housing for locals, increased addiction and violence issues...

We went to look at that super cluttered house - my agent said the owner might be there. Thankfully he wasn't. It was actually really sad being in this man's home for all kinds of reasons. Anyway, I walked into one of the bedrooms and I could actually tell that the floor was sloping downwards. I'm okay with some renos, but not jacking up a whole daing house! Soooooo patience is key in this search.

Oh and I'm shopping for a $15 gift for our agency Christmas party. There are a couple of local craft shows this weekend so I might wait for that.
