I'm sick.
I came down with something Wednesday. I can barely talk, I have a sore throat. I'm coughing up phlegm, my ears hurt, and I'm, dizzy. I feel like shit! This just came on midday Wednesday. I had a long workout at the gym Wednesday morning. I felt great. Then I had lunch with a client in San Bernardino and I started feeling sick and losing my voice then. I haven't felt like this in years. Fuck! I have to be well by Monday morning. I have two long days in the field, soil vapor investigation, Monday and Tuesday. Any home remedy advice is welcome.
Hope you're feeling better. Now I'm sick. A couple days ago I got this wicked fever and basically spent the next 18 hours sweating. I had flat ironed my hair that morning, but by the next morning it was super curly from all the sweating.
