Hey James! Weather's sucky around here too today, but it's good to see a little rain. Had to unsnap the tonneau cover today. Of course, I'd had it on for nearly a week! So, I guess I can't complain.

Another way to look at it is that your effectively lowering your centre of gravity, therefore you would be less prone to falling over for no apparent reason and more stable through cornering.
