I'm here for the Spark.
I drove a Spark twice as a loaner when Big Red was getting normal service. What a piece of crap!
I drove one once. . . you must have gotten two duds. Great motor (for a cheap car). . . still better than PGGM.

You really think so. I don't. Absolutely no guts! Both my Spark loaners had difficulty with the grade on the 2 in Glendale from San Fernando Road to the 210.

I think both it, and the Aveo, exceeded my low expectations.

PGGM keeps driving them lower. . . 3 cylinders at a time.

I'm getting sick and tired of this nonstop abuse from you pinheads! Look at this sterling testimonial:

Okay you Suzuki-in-shit's-clothing, you may have a point.

Nothing like a deserted country road on a warm spring evening, engine purring like an affectionate cat, window down, arm playing in the wind. This is automotive bliss, enjoying a fine automobile, outside of any eyes that might go blind from the miserable state of the car's body, the miserable lobing of the engine, and the dangerous state of the steering rack and frame. I might die of ugliness, or massive mechanical failure, but I'll die with a smile on my face.

And then:

Yeah, my car looks like a piece of junk. The hood is held down with cargo straps. The windscreen is cracked. The dash trim is gone-stepped on during a heater core replacement project-and the windows don't like to go upward. Bits of interior trim have disappeared over the years, the seats don't match, only one 3-inch speaker works and you have to yell to be heard over the wind noise. The driver's side window crank falls off every time I slam the door.

OMG, it's truly hard to believe that someone would actually plant their butt in one of these for over 200K miles, but the world is a strange place.
