Tabasco chiles are the only chiles that are juicy; all other chiles are dry inside.
(A coworker once gave me a tabasco plant. I cut the end off one chile and squeezed a drop of the juice onto a teaspoon. My daughter, about 13 at the time, asked for a taste. She tried it and stood there for about two seconds with a smile on her face. The next instant you'd have thought that she'd been hit by a truck. She said it burned for hours. Don't try this at home.)

When I was in High School a favourite trick was to open a chilli and let other students feel the felty texture inside. Guaranteed within 20 minutes they will rub there eyes and then the fun starts.

If the cat is indoors when you leave in the morning, and inside when you return in the evening, it had to go through the cat door an even number of times; the same number of "outs" as "ins".
