OK, Martin, out with the story. We need to know how Newkies brought you and Ms. WT together. Seems like pool has something to do with it, too.

OK Kathy here goes....apparently Mr. Martin did not think that women could hold their own weight when it came to pool and drinking....well when on that night I held my own drinking drink for drink with him and also sinking 3 balls in one shot he realized maybe his competition was not so weak....anyway since then (except I made some great shots tonite) he has won but I am also wearing glasses which I rarely wear.....have to find doctor here in MI....you know hell did freeze over and they moved it to MI...btw I hate cold weather......let's see how long he lives in MI!!

I can imagine that it will be very cold in MI ... but you guys could always come to SoCal where it's beautiful almost all the time! I moved from Colorado and haven't looked back. Of course it costs an arm and a leg ...

Ventura County is nicer than the metro areas because it's still fairly rural. But you're right, it's not for everyone. My dad was born here and couldn't wait to move to Colorado. I was born there and couldn't wait to get here. Go figure!
