Yes, the petty-officer petty politics are pretty petty, damnit!


But I shouldn't complain. My work hours are roughly 7-4pm, but at my last assignment, they were 6:30 - 5pm. And back then, I lived an hour away instead of the 5 mile commute I have now. I used to get up at 4:30 so I could walk the dogs and get on the treadmill before I left for work. In the winter it sucked because it was still dark when I drove to work, and dark when I got home. My office had no window, so for the most part, the only time I saw daylight was during lunch and on weekends.

 

i was wondering if someone would pick up on that..

 

hmm..i guess i shouldn't complain..
althoguh, i used to work 1:15-10pm.. then 10:15-7, now 8:15-5. although today i'm going into work around 10 or so since i want to go get a haircut.
no one really gives me crap about the time i show up and leave.. maybe i should be careful though.
