There is a delete panel! However since you have not submitted the proper paperwork your request has died a horrible slow death in subcommittee. To reach the delete panel you MUST first appeal to the subcommittee on panels itself..they will formalize your request and move it to the proper delete subpanel in order for proper review before it can be considered pertinent to the delete panel itself.
