I think that picture looks like a young Jimi Hendrix playing the Star Spangled Banner. He's even a lefty, actually, although I didn't flip the guitar over for him.

He finally listened to me He as you know has many Geetars mostly Fenders though dosent go in for da flashy stuff. I just wanted to see sumtin FUN on da wall and kept tellin him to git a Flyin V or a Double Neck or even a Petty Rickenbacker He never would but today he walks in wit this and Im like It needs some work and hes gonna fix it up so its more a project but at least its sometin different
