its really just like chicken, not to be cliche. the only difference is that this alligator is fried cajun-style, so what you're tasting is the seasoning and batter...


but the meat is sooooooo tender, even more tender than dark meat or slow-roasted beef. you really have to try it

I would have to assume that alligator tastes pretty much like crocodile, and on that basis I would have to agree with Alex .... it tastes like chicken !!
