this is not complicated enough.
I move that we freeze all committee assets until we hire an outside party with ties to the shenanigans market who will evaluate the inefficiancy of the corner and advise the committee on how to further mire itself in wordy deflection of any kind of responsibility regarding the outcome of shenanigans perpatrated on behalf of the committee and all those under it's direct and indirect control.
