Once upon a time on July 13, 1976, a dear friend Michael and I made the trek from From Raiford to Tampa. On my trusty Honda 450 we went. A surreal ride as it rained heavily the entire trip. The dark clouds opening ahead and closing behind as we rode. Not a single drop fell on us tho the road was always wet. We traveled to see Johnny & Edgar Winter, Robin Trower and Jethro Tull at Tampa Stadium. Edgar addressed the crowd saying " the doctors would not let Johnny sing" and they never took the stage. Still, it was an Epic show and trip to remember. One for the books for sure.

I was quite young when I would hear them via my Sis but I'm so glad she taught me of good R&R
