robb, they had to use like 4 different flexible bits. each was about 5in long, just for clearance, im sure 
the first 3 bits were too small and couldnt drill all the way to the infection, the hole being too small. so they finally got it right the 4th time
the smell of tooth powder isnt very pleasant!
