To be honest, it's mostly psychological, I would guess. I've been there in the past. I've been through bad breakups where all I wanted to do was sleep and others where I lost myself working in the neighborhood of 16 hours a day 6-7 days a week just so I wouldn't have to deal with how I was feeling. It sucks, but sometimes pain is a part of the process.

You just have to take some time to remember who you are without Tim. You were a complete person before him and you'll be one now that he's gone. As much as you loved him, you CAN live just fine without him...it'll just take a bit to get back there again...
