Better clear that hard drive of all!!! reformat ....reinstall the OS....rid all of the viruses...oh its a MAC nevermind

 

Do Macs not get viruses because they can't? Or just because hackers aren't going to bother trying to infect the 738 Macs that are out there?

 

This is definitely part of it "security thru obscurity" ...also Macs cant run executable files..this is the easiest point of entry for most muck on Windoze systems...the preview pane that Microsoft pioneered (and by defualt is turned on) in Outlook allows .exe files running without peoples knowledge..this is plain wrong!....also the open source community hates Bill Gates so hackers like to pick on his inferior software and exploit it MUCH more Macs can certanly get viruses..... either way...I have been computing on ONLY MACS since 1986 and HAVE never had a virus

 

so what do macs have to do with my iPod other than it connects to one
