hell it almost makes me feel vintage.... especially considering how my knees feel after a 2 1/2 mile walk carrying 40 lbs of groceries

my arms feel bad

oh and did I mention my knees?

I'm totally into this walking thing. I'm young and I can walk a mile to store no problem (except I actually do have a knee prod oh well...) so why the hell not? something as little as that has made me feel the most alive all day long. I love it. I feel old fashioned
