Well s, I'm off on vacation to Atlanta for the next 6 days. I hop on a plane at 8am tomorrow morning to go visit most of my dad's side of the family for the first time in about 6 years.

I'm going to the Burton Reservoir a couple hours outside of Atlanta and I'll be seeing my dad's older brother and his wife and both of their children and all of THEIR children. In total I think there will be about 14-16 people there plus me!

I'll be hangin' with the family until Monday morning when I'll hop back in my beater rental car and head back into Atlanta to see my oldest and dearest friend, Jeff. I haven't seen Jeff since I helped him move to the Caribbean and back in the span of 4 days back about the winter of 2000 or so!

All in all, I'm STOKED about this trip! I'm looking forward to catching up with family and friends and just getting away for a few days.

I won't have access to a computer while I'm gone...but that's not a bad thing. I need to practice up on my skills in dealing with people face to face for a while.

I'll be back next Tuesday around midnight.

The biggest challenge is going to be the EIGHT KIDS that are all under, I believe, 6 years old!!

I get to play Uncle Brant for a few days!

One of the better parts...I'm flying to Atlanta in first class!

Waitlisted for first on the way home, but at least I'll be relatively fresh when I start the vacation!
