I'm new here. Thought I'd see if anyone is interested in a food post??? Home alone tonite and I think I'll bake something good. Lemon bars or cake or pie??? Or tart maybe???

Oh yeah!!! I love key lime pie. I LOVE pie. Usually make apple or lemon.

I'd love the recipe. I have a friend, she bakes a flourless chocolate cake with poppyseeds in it. It is bizarrely good

a little. There are a few things I can do well, and some things I'm not as good at. But I have fun. Lately the crock pot has been my friend. I've been making chili (oh yeah ) and roasts and other weird things in it. I also figured out a recipe for baking salmon if you like that kind of fish. Many people I know don't care for it.

 

I can cook my own peanut butter sandwich

 

I love to cook and do lots of salmon.... from Alaska so have a freezer full of fab salmon.
