Raptor, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, my dilatoriness can be blamed on a weekend long conference respecting the most recent changes to "Case Management" and "Mediation".

I am back now and you have me at your full disposal.

With reference to the house and frogs....I do not believe you have anything to worry about, nor does a priority need to be put on just one. The home is the only home the frogs have basically ever known, and like children this is their matrimonial home and they should not be taken from the same. Any judge will logically and legally see this point of view; and since you are their prime care giver, ultimately there is no way you could not be staying where you are.

I hope this is a sufficient enough response for you at the moment. I am currently working on a motion in connection with the above-noted matter.

Lesley, just out of interest, what line of legal work are you in ? I am just embarking on some distance learning for a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law and Arbitration (leads up to fellowship of the CIArb). Sounds like you are in dispute resolution as well .......

Actually darling, for the most part I do corporate law

I used to do employment and labor law part time....quite dry unless it was a large, detailed case.
