vtecmom....yeah, the 8 series are nice...about a year ago my mother almost bought my brother a really nice 850i then realized my brother is a goof and would probably total it....it was black one with ivory leather, 6-speed, two sets of wheels, and very nice. I have driven them before I really like them, but the M5 is WAY more fun and capable of carrying more stuff with us on trips. The main difference is that the 840 is a V8 and the 850 is a V12 motor.

Hey Monkey I have NO PROBLEM with the M5
I just saw one of the 840's today and thought about you! They just look soooo cool from behind! Note: the ONLY reason Mom was behind it was cause I saw it commin up and slowed down to enjoy the view
My BMW Bud that did the detail on the VMOM has an M3 and its awfully nice too!
He used to have the Shoe Car that Lil Girl wants I wish I still had the pics to show her but I have since deleted them off my digi card it was Black and very nice! Well good luck to you in what ever you decide!
