When you order bacon do you get ham? 
To be honest, Canada really reminded me of upstate New York, but without all the garbage and crime....and people were so polite...I mean POLITE....In New York, you stand at the sidewalk and hope noone is in a hurry or they'll drive OVER you on the sidewalk...While I was in Canada, everytime I came close to the street...the cars stopped to let me cross! Even on major roads!
I'd never seen anything like it in my life!
That and, as I have said in previous posts...the female population was FAAAAAAAN-TASTIC!
Oh yeah...and the beer....very good beer!

It's the weekend though.....almost! just keep that in mind
When you bacon, you get bacon....if you want ham you have to ask for it.
Here it is the law that "Pedestrians always have the right of way" (unless of course you're trying to J-Walk or something)
Our beer
at my night job (Bud Girl) we have 12 types of tap and more than 15 in bottles
Our female population, well I obviously don't need to comment on that!

Somehow, except for the fact that I can hide in bed for a good portion of it....finding solace in the weekend shall be difficult (long story)
In CT Pedestrians in theory have the right of way....but that doesn't always equate to safety from vehicular manslaughter. Hell you can be at a crosswalk with a walk signal and a guy at a red light will intentionally get as close to clipping you as he can...like "what the hell do you think YOU'RE doing".....really cute...
