I'm with Billy and Led on this...I hate the idea that a woman would fake it with me. I know for a fact that my last girlfriend never did and this specific topic (female orgasms) was discussed often between us.
I am happy to say that everytime we were together she had at least one orgasm. She was not one of the 33% that has easy orgasms, but it was worth any extra effort it might have required.
