Maybe I should explain how this started. Mikey Boy, Jake and I have been playin around on the Virgina DMV website trying to come up with a license plate for my STi which will be here in somethin like 11-12 weeks....so we'd think of stuff and then try it on the site...and then you can tell (1) if it's already taken. (2) if they'll let you use it.
