I've already seen, my bad cholestorol went from 142 to 103, but the only thing I changed was I added some good stuff to my diet and some exercise, but I didn't stop eating bacon. So far what I've learned is that it has more to do with your liver, than the actual foods you eat. which is why some people can eat whatever they want, and also why drugs that lower your cholestorol actually work directly on your liver... interesting....

oh, and weight. that thing they are saying about carrying extra weight around your gut causing heart disease and diabetes... I've seen 4 people at work turn their problems around just by working out and getting rid of that extra weight!

so, the lesson here is, drink hard liquor, not beer.....
