I think I just found my future home!!! Wonder how well our cars would do out there?

 

There was talk of building a circuit round the perimeter of the island (probably just inside the tree line so as not to spoil the views) we would also need to build a pit area

 

dang! we even have an architect to help out with that! and Raptor can check out all the soil (sand) first
