Default Mac n' Cheese Question

Hi!

I was wondering, what do you all like to put in your mac n'cheese? What kind of cheese do you like to mix in it? I feel like I need to change up my mac, right now I just do a mixture of cheddar, swiss and mozzarella.

I use sharp white cheddar, gruyere, and pecorino romano. I stole that recipe from Martha Stewart.

I normally put in a cheese blend (mild cheddar and colby jack) and then parmesan on top before baking. (I normally make it in the oven) :yum:

creamy mac and cheese will always have a place in my heart, but I personally like the large chunks of noodley greatness that come from baking it
