The prosecutor was the same prosecutor in the 94 settlement. Hes been out for Jackson for years.

Either way he's a ruined man I think. ~They are saying he's nearly $150m in debt.

That's a lot of music to sell to a suspecting public.

I find that hard to believe ... I understood that he owned the rights to a large number of the Beatles songs, which still bring in millions every year??

According to the BBC radio news this morning MJ is in debt to either UKPounds 150M or 200M depending on which item you listened to. He owns exactly 50% of the Beatles numbers - his min source of income, but Sony, who own the other 50%, want to buy him out.

He will have to sell Never never land - but who would want to buy that?

My heart bleeds.
