so does this mean everything in the corner is "offical" and not "semi-official"

I changed my oil today

I didn't get to check my valves though

I did take the tape off my windshield though

A friend at work brought in his Austin-Healey to work yesterday, a '55 model, what a beautiful car




more up than down, not bad.........

I found a bunch of pencil shavings in my oil when I drained it.....

Wood shavings in a crapped out gearbox make the shift a lot easier and stops the clanking of loose gears, it is a very short term fix, but when someone is test driving your car, that is all you need ...... I learnt this from a guy I knew that sold second hand cars ....

ah okay,

so I should go the the hardware store and pick up some saw-dust and add some to the oil mixture?
