The base is way small at the bottom and then curves up to support the building
Sorry I didn't notice this thread before ......
Just a small point ... that building is resting on a CONCRETE pedestal not a cement pedestal ... cement is a constituant part of concrete, but you would not be able to use cement on its own in those conditions, you need the sand and aggregates for added strength
