I did a course grind of the beans, then mixed them with vodka. Two more days, and we filter to make mysterious brown liquid for White Russians.

My HRSB called dibs on the downstairs closet / Wine storage which is about the same size …. I will do my best with comforters & or Sleeping bags to make the floor comfy
