This very obese lady wearing a two piece bathing suit (a gross image) took a swim in the ocean, whereupon she lost her top. She decided to cover her boobs with her fat arms and walk nonchalantly back to her towel on the beach. As she did so, a little girl looked up at her with wide eyes and said "If you're going to drown those puppies, can I have the one with the cute pink nose?"
