i had ix epidural and facet injections in my spine today for lower back pain. I'm home recuperating from the spinal procedure today. No driving, drinking, operating heavy machinery, etc. My orthopedic surgeon said last week that, with my new hip, I'm standing and walking straighter, my spine is aligned differently, and maybe this time the procedure will work. No gym for five days.
