a motion to make a motion needs to be approved by the committee, which can only convene when a motion is made to gather a quorum. The quorum, after having a movement, will then vote on a motion to form an investigatory committee on making a motion to vote on the motion to bring the motion to add the jailbait smiley to the table. Please file all paperwork, including but not limited to your 27b/6, with the proper officials to have quorum members made aware of the motion to form a motion to vote on the motion of the committee to move the motion to the table.
