So my 1.46 caliber (38 mm) semi-auto, non-secondary propelled silenced gun would be legal?

The author didn't quite understand silencer theory...

Hate to break it, but the grossly overextended commerce clause is established law. The whole federalism thing is not understood by most citizens. Even the notion of a republic as the founding fathers created vs a democracy is completely ignored.

True, but it could get interesting if the guns are actually made, and the case makes it to the Supreme Court...
