I wouldn't know, but based on George's reply, I would guess that it depends on the size of the avocado pieces and the amount of chile pepper and tabasco sauce one uses in the guacomole.

Actually, the secret to the perfect guacamole is the pressure under which it's introduced to the anus. 275 P.S.I. works best for me.
